  The wait staff is slow, the atmosphere is awkward (if you're a younger person you'll be out numbered by geriatrics, it's a retirement town) where the regulars are treated better and quicker than the non regulars; and finally the food is digusting. Bland, tasteless, either over cooked or under cooked. If you love diners do not go here, you'll be disappointed.
  Their ice cream window is amazingly awesome though, they're the only place in town that does scoop ice cream on cones. It also is great for take away orders. The window employees are always nice, polite and quick. They're also the younger staff, primarily.

  We had had a few bad experiences a few yrs ago..but saw the top rating in the Readers choice awards last month. Decided to give another chance and we are very glad we did. Waitresses are very friendly & attentive. Food is great and not a long wait. Highly recommend.

  The service was quick, friendly, attentive, and polite. The breakfast was served quickly and was delicious. The sausage was a perfect combination of breakfast sausage style with regular style. Good stop on the way to Ottawa. Not too expensive either at less than 10 a plate.
