  I would have given 5 stars if I had asked for a large warm water with cream and sugar but instead I had asked for a coffee and cream and sugar. Not to mention the 15 minute wait for the warm water.

  The kids / staff... Seems to just slap stuff together. It's been sloppy at times. Other times it looks and taste so good. They skip on sauce on big Mac and snack wraps. Had really old dry snack raps but was to hungry to wait any longer to bring it back. Iv never complained there and I'm always friendly, things have gone down hill there. Like I made a normal do it your self burger that was a bit big but I ate it all and staff where complaining at the back... Month ago haven't ordered a make my own since.

  I'm sitting in their drive thru writing this review, been here for 15mins and counting. I can count 22 cars waiting in the drive thru lane, there's two lanes with two order units, it's just chaos! I sure wish I had not gotten in this line and had just gone up the road to Tim Hortons. To late now though, they've already got my money. Don't make the same mistake I did!

  Despite repeating a one meal order back to us at the speaker then again at the window, tried to give wrong food. Then they tried to say that we messed it up, even though the girl had just repeated it back to us not 2 mins before. Ended up just asking for a refund and went elsewhere. Really disappointed. Really pissed that they tried to blame it on us.
